Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a full-time Janitorial Site Supervisor in Tennessee. The role involves leading a janitorial team, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with operations teams to maintain clean, safe facilities.

Starting pay is $16.68 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts from 6am to 2:30 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, aligning with a comprehensive employee benefits program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate callouts and split shifts to cover daily operations.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
