Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account " Facility" / Route Supervisor for evening shifts. You will oversee nightly operations across multiple locations, drive the company vehicle, manage keys and alarm codes, and lead a cleaning team to meet 4M standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning schedules, coaching, ensuring safety, and maintaining records. This full-time? part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Janitorial experience required.
• Professional driving experience required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation; pass MVR.

Account \" Facility\" / Route Supervisor - Janitorial Services - Evenings

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00

• Monday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION
• Tuesday - 9am-11am; 4pm-12am (one day shift of rotating businesses) ROUTE
• Wednesday - 4pm-12am ROUTE
• Thursday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION
• Friday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

• No Weekends; 28-32 hours per week

This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift at 4M. This position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from business to business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client - all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.

Duties of the position include:
