Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring an Account Supervisor to lead a cleaning and maintenance team in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment. This part-time role offers on-site work with daytime hours and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a nationwide service provider.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, coaching, and enforcing 4M standards while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable Transportation.
