Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account “ Facility” / Route Supervisor for evening shifts in Puryear, TN. This role involves driving between client sites, supervising a cleaning crew, and ensuring nightly operations run smoothly at one location. Expect 28–32 hours weekly with competitive pay and benefits.

You will lead staff, schedule workloads, coach team members, and uphold 4M standards while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. Daily commuting and on-site supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Janitorial experience required.
• Professional driving experience required.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

Account " Facility" / Route Supervisor - Janitorial Services - Evenings

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00

Monday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

Tuesday - 9am-11am; 4pm-12am (one day shift of rotating businesses) ROUTE

Wednesday - 4pm-12am ROUTE

Thursday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

Friday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION

• No Weekends; 28-32 hours per week

This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift at 4M. This position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from business to business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client - all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.

Duties of the position include:

• directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team

• Maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Successful drug screening and background check.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
