Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Franklin, IN is seeking an Account Supervisor for janitorial services. This part-time role offers hands-on supervision of a cleaning team, schedule planning, coaching, and ensuring safety and quality on client sites.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM, earning $22 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining records, resolving client issues, and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
