Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• Support staffing coordination, including communicating schedules.
• Perform floor cleaning, carpet extractions, window washing, and related upkeep.
• Move and arrange equipment; ensure safety and proper use of cleaners and power tools.
• Monitor security and safety, lock doors after hours, and track hazards.
