As Project Supervisor, you will lead janitorial crews across multiple sites within a defined geographic area, ensure safety standards, manage schedules, and coordinate supplies.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements.
• Ability to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including time management.
• Ability to resolve requests and concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.
• Follows all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
