Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers for a professional setting in Warrendale, PA. The role involves cleaning two locations within a mile of each other and requires reliable transportation to travel between sites.

Shifts are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a $16 per hour wage and a $250 sign-on bonus after four months of employment. Responsibilities include emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, mopping and dusting floors, removing fingerprints

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift.

• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

This will be cleaning 2 locations. Must be willing to drive to both. They are less than a mile apart.

Responsibilities
