Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is seeking housekeepers for a professional setting with multiple shifts. Wage is $17/hr with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of perfect attendance. Roles include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining common areas.

Shifts run 8:00AM–4:30PM or 5:00PM–1:30AM, Monday–Friday. Competitive benefits offered for full-time staff. Applicants should have reliable transport, a neat appearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Responsibilities:

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
