Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring cleaners for a food production setting. Wage starts at $17/hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after four months of employment. Shifts include 7:00AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri and 11:00PM-7:30AM, Sun-Thu.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
