Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting. Wage starts at $24/hr with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of perfect attendance. This is a working position requiring cleaning duties across facilities in Henderson, NV.

Shift options include early morning hours (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) with Monday–Friday availability and slight flexibility. Benefits are listed for full-time employees.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site janitorial staff and ensure quality work.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Plan and prepare work schedules with the Area Manager.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and attendance.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet quality standards.
• Perform other janitorial duties as needed.
• Clean and maintain facilities, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure proper trash removal and restocking of supplies.

Shift

Monday-Friday - Slightly flexible

6:00AM-2:30PM

7:00AM-3:30PM

8:00AM-4:30PM

9:00AM-5:30PM

The responsibilities include:

• Supervision of on-site janitorial staff
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Helping plan and prepare work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met
• Other job duties as needed

This is a working position. Cleaning required.

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify Area Manager of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
