Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting for a Topeka, Kansas location. Wage is $17/hr with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of perfect attendance. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00a–11:00a.

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
