Salary is $41,600 annually with weekly pay and benefits including a company laptop, cell phone, 401K, EAP, and discount programs. The position emphasizes safety, training, budgeting, and hands-on leadership across the contract.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management success.
• Previous experience as a manager in janitorial or housekeeping services is valued but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience with electronic timekeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development.
• Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable workforce.
• Ensure labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and address deficiencies.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership.
• Be able to adjust to changing customer needs.
• Be hands on in all areas of the contract.
