Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management success.
• Experience as a janitorial/housekeeping manager is desired but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Experience with electronic timekeeping desired.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
• Complete online management and leadership training and development.
• Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable workforce.
• Ensure labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and address deficiencies.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership.
• Be able to adjust to changing customer needs.
• Be hands-on in all areas of the contract.
