Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Janitorial Lead to manage cleanliness and safety of public areas, while guiding janitorial staff. The role supports bilingual Spanish speakers with potential pay differential and may offer transitional housing on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule may include weekends and holidays. The position starts between $21.00 - $24.00 per DOE, with the opportunity to lead a dynamic, fast-paced team in a premier mountain resort

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, fitness and aquatic areas.
• Vacuum carpets, clean windows and glass surfaces, empty trash, and sanitize restrooms.
• Assist in coordinating daily assignments for janitorial staff.
• Train and support new or existing team members as needed.
• Replenish and monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide support to ensure a positive guest environment.
