Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Inspector to ensure each rental unit meets cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards before guest arrival. You will inspect rooms, coordinate with housekeeping staff, and help expedite readiness in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, strong English skills, and may benefit from bilingual Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ year housekeeping experience - preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English - required.
• Bilingual Spanish - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units to ensure cleanliness, stocking, and presentation.
• Identify and address deficiencies to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Collaborate with Unit Cleansers to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with cleaning and retting units to support turnaround times.
• Complete accurate inspection reports and communicate issues to teams.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
