ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Location Supervisor for evening shifts to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site. You will lead your crew, set an example, and serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring a clean and healthy environment.

The role requires strong communication in English, flexibility for a fast-paced, multi-tasking schedule, and a commitment to reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping is a plus but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture using standard procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Open and lock facilities and manage basic security as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 3 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
