Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and positive demeanor
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and procedures (OSHA)

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure execution at site
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under policies
• Assist with new hires and training
• Keep team informed and motivated to ensure daily operations
• Support interviews and training as needed
• Lead by example and provide clarity to crew
