Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for long shifts (10–12 hours).
• Able to read safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals (English; Spanish where required).
• Familiar with KBSPresence timekeeping app for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks according to procedures and building schedule.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and windows.
• Clean and polish surfaces; dust fixtures.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
