• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where state required)
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and forklift instructions

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure full execution at site
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under policies
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Zone Manager for daily operations and training
• Assist with interviews and training of new hires
• Motivate crew and lead by example
