Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead for a full-time onsite role. You will supervise the Crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure high-quality service for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have janitorial operations experience and 1–3 years in a lead role, with strong safety awareness and customer service orientation. Training and interviews may be involved to build a capable team.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for the Crew.
• Ensure Crew understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with training and interviews as needed.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
