Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to join our fast-paced, growing team in California. This full-time role leads a crew, coordinates daily tasks, and ensures high-quality service at the site with direct client interaction and training support.

Starting pay is $19.29 per hour. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of lead or supervisory janitorial experience, the ability to read safety documents, and a customer-focused, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety data sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and coordinate tasks; ensure completion.
• Interact with the client to provide professional customer service.
• Assist supervisor with interviews and training.
• Motivate crew and lead by example.
