Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC invites applications for a full-time Janitorial Crew Lead. The role leads on-site janitorial tasks, coordinates crew activities, and liaises with the client to ensure top-notch service.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with shifts from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, expanding organization. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory position and are familiar with safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and forklift

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety data sheets (in English; Spanish where required by state).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with ability to motivate team and handle customer requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed.
• Interact with client to provide professional customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew understands responsibilities under each policy.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviewing and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to do their jobs effectively; provide support.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew.
