Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with full-time hours. Experience in janitorial operations and supervisory work is preferred, and safety procedures must be followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English, Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew tasks and ensure successful completion at site.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Interact with client to deliver professional, prompt service.
• Assist Supervisor with interviews and training of new hires.
