Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise a daytime cleaning crew at a distribution center. You will coordinate tasks, communicate with the client, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role requires 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory role, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with benefits eligibility for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish as required).
• Customer service oriented with positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Crew tasks at the site.
• Provide professional customer service and task direction to Crew.
• Assist Supervisor with training and interviews as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by the Crew.
