Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures and safety documents.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.
• Knowledge of KBSPresence timekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional service as needed.
• Provide direction and coordinate tasks for the Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policies.
• Collaborate with Crew and assist with training and interviews.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
