Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead. The role oversees daily crew tasks, coordinates work, and maintains high standards of customer service at client sites in Missouri.

Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 6am–11am, with starting pay of $18.00 per hour. The Crew Lead will mentor team members, assist with training, and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Lead/Supervisory experience in janitorial operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Customer service oriented with ability to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure completion.
• Interact with client to provide professional service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policies.
• Assist with new hires and training as needed.
• Support supervisor with interviews and training.
