Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise on-site janitorial operations and coordinate daily tasks. This role involves direct client interaction to deliver professional service and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a Lead role, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow OSHA guidelines. The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits and standard shift hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety data sheets (English; Spanish where required)
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures tasks are fully executed.
• Interacts with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provides direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensures team members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Assists with interviews and training of new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Leads by example and motivates the crew to achieve daily goals.
