The role requires 1-3 years in a lead/supervisory capacity within janitorial operations and emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and strong customer service. Shifts run early mornings; base pay begins at $18 per hour with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions in English (Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional service.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under policies.
• Assist Supervisor with training and interviews.
