Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead in the United States for our fast-paced facilities team. You will lead the crew on site, coordinate tasks, and ensure high-quality janitorial service while supporting daily operations and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a lead role, familiarity with OSHA and safety standards, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance docs (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor and team motivation.
• KBSPresence app used for clocking in/out and training information.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with client to provide professional and prompt service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew understands responsibilities under policies.
• Collaborate with Crew to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools; support team success.
• May assist with interviews and training.
• Motivate crew; lead by example and provide ongoing support.
