Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions and chemical safety sheets.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.
• KBSPresence mobile app usage and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure their full execution at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under safety policies.
• Collaborate to ensure daily operations run smoothly and address deficiencies.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Provide information and tools to help team perform effectively.
• May assist with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
