Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Janitorial Crew Lead. This role leads site crews, coordinates daily tasks, and ensures client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

We value reliable team players with 1–3 years in lead roles, OSHA awareness, and strong communication. Starting pay is $17.01 per hour, with shifts available and room for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
• Experience in janitorial operations and DC environment preferred
• Ability to read safety rules and chemicals handling docs (English; Spanish where required)
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure completion
• Provide professional, prompt customer service to the client
• Coordinate tasks and provide direction to Crew
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policies
• Collaborate with Supervisor/Zone Manager on daily operations and training
• Assist with interviewing and training new hires
• Motivate crew and lead by example
• Ensure crew has information and tools to perform jobs successfully
