Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to manage on-site cleaning operations and coordinate crew tasks with the client. The role requires 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory position in janitorial or distribution center environments, with strong safety awareness and the ability to read safety documents.

You will use KBSPresence for timekeeping, clocking in/out on personal devices, and participating in training and hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety data sheets (in English; Spanish where required).
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and coordinate daily tasks to ensure complete, on-time execution.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt service.
• Assist Supervisor with hires, training, and performance support.
