Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions (in English, some Spanish where required).

• Lead crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Provide direction and coordinate tasks for Crew.
• Interact with client to deliver professional customer service.
• Assist with hiring and training as needed.
