Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead to oversee daily crew tasks and ensure top-notch service at the site. The role emphasizes leading by example, coordinating with the crew, and delivering professional client interactions to support efficient operations.

Experience in janitorial operations and a distribution center setting is strongly preferred, with 1-3 years in a lead role.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
