Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior/exterior cleaning, restrooms, food court areas and common spaces
• Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe office environment
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Address concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedures
• Perform routine audits and inspections
• Ensure proper use of cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals
• Ensure all staff follow OSHA and company safety policies
• Maintain documentation for safety incidents and compliance

The Janitorial Assistant Account Manager is responsible for helping to oversee all cleaning and maintenance operations within a office environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff, vendor relationships, and client expectations.

Compensation:

Salary: $46,800 per year

Management
