Tessera is seeking a Janitor for the Lakewood, Washington area (Joint Base Lewis-McChord) to join a full-time day shift. The role is non-exempt with a 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

As a Janitor with Tessera, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Additionally, you will work directly with a teammate on an assigned route across Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Must be able to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.
Must be able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties.
