Compensation: $23.66 - $23.66 per/hour

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Site Manager in directing and overseeing daily dining facility operations to ensure efficient, high-quality food service and contract compliance.
- Supervise, lead, and support dining facility personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to promote a productive and customer‑focused work environment.
- Ensure dining facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly condition in accordance with military, federal, company, and food service standards.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance to ensure contract requirements, customer expectations, and performance metrics are consistently met.
- Conduct routine facility, sanitation, safety, and quality assurance inspections; identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing for and responding to health, sanitation, and government inspections, ensuring all findings are resolved and properly documented.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and materials; conduct periodic inventories and maintain accurate records.
- Inspect equipment and facility assets to ensure proper operation, safety, and preventive maintenance requirements are met.
- Maintain and ensure accessibility of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical management documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Air Force leadership, Culinary Specialists, and contract stakeholders to support mission requirements and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Develop and adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage while meeting contract requirements.
- Monitor cashier operations and accountability processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Provide onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing development opportunities for employees to enhance performance and support professional growth.
- Address employee concerns and performance issues in partnership with the Site Manager and Human Resources, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, training documentation, attendance records, timekeeping, and workplace incident reports.
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping functions to ensure employee hours are accurately recorded and submitted.
- Partner with Vocational and Rehabilitation staff to support employee success through assessments, training plans, accommodations, and performance development initiatives.
- Ensure the proper issuance, accountability, security, and return of company and government‑owned property, including keys, vehicles, communication devices, and equipment.
- Serve as a working supervisor by providing hands‑on operational support as needed to ensure successful completion of daily dining facility operations.
- All Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities operations experience required.
- 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial procedures, floor care equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards, PPE use, and compliance practices.
- Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce support.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, and customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
