Tessera is hiring a Janitor for a full-time, swing-shift role in Lakewood, WA (Joint Base Lewis‑McChord). The 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

shift includes restroom, office, hall, entrance, and trash cleanup across assigned routes, with a focus on cross-contamination procedures and organized supply rooms. Responsibilities

• Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors.
• Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
• Trash – Empty trash in office areas and common areas according to schedule.
• Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.
• Shower Cleaning – clean all shower stalls and restock supplies.

Restock supplies. Collect trash and replace liners. Sweep and mop floor. Follow cross contamination procedures.Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.Trash – Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.Dusting – dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule.Stairwell Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.Shower Cleaning – clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures.Janitorial Supply Closet/Locker – keep clean and organized.Qualifications:Must be able to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties.Physical Requirements:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.
