Job summary

Conagra Brands in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking a janitorial professional to maintain offices, cafeteria, corridors, laboratories, restrooms and other premises. The role includes floor care, cleaning toilets, refilling dispensers and stocking janitorial closets.

Shift is 6:00 PM–6:00 AM with hourly rate $20.17 plus $1.50 shift differential. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior janitorial or facilities maintenance experience, with strong attention to detail, reliability,

• Flexibility to work overtime or alternate schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offices, cafeteria, corridors, laboratories, restrooms, and all other company premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Perform floor care activities including stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing floors.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains, and vending machines.
• Refill and maintain towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene, hand sanitizer, soap, hand cleaner, and other dispensers throughout the facility.
• Replace light bulbs and clean light fixtures as needed.
• Monitor janitorial supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Stock and organize janitorial closets and storage areas to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
• Follow company safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals and moving equipment. Frequent use of hands for cleaning, stocking, and maintenance activities. Ability to work in varying temperatures and facility environments.
