Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc. in Hebron, KY is seeking a full-time Janitor for 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am). The role maintains a clean, safe facility across production, office, restroom, and common areas to meet company standards.

The position requires reading English instructions, good communication, and the ability to work independently with reliable attendance. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitizing products.
• Clean interior windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, walkways, and exterior common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to management.
• Assist with facility setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects.
• Support company safety initiatives and comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and organized work environment throughout the facility. This position performs a variety of cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance duties to ensure all production, office, restroom, breakroom, and common areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.

We currently have availability on both 1st and 2nd shift. Below are the times for each shift:

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am
