Job summary

SFM Services is seeking reliable Janitors to join our growing team across multiple sites in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including Medley. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities at various locations, with shifts and duties varying by assignment.

Ideal candidates will have janitorial experience, be dependable, and capable of working independently or on a team. A criminal background check and drug test are required, and applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Removing trash and replacing liners.
• Dusting and cleaning furniture, walls, doors, glass, and other surfaces.
• Restocking supplies.
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor.
• Following established cleaning, safety, and security procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

SFM Services is looking for reliable and hardworking Janitors to join our growing team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available at multiple locations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties , including Miami, Doral, Miami Beach, Medley, Coral Gables, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

Our Janitors play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other clients.

Position, Location & Hourly Rate

Because we have opportunities at multiple locations, the position, work location, schedule, responsibilities, and hourly rate may vary depending on the assignment.

During the hiring process, we consider the candidate's current location, experience, availability, and work preferences to determine which available opportunity may be the best fit.

Schedule

Both full-time and part-time positions may be available. Schedules and shifts vary depending on the location and assignment.

Essential Job Functions

Janitorial duties may include, but are not limited to:
