CADISA Inc. in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated Condominium Janitorial Worker to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our facilities. Join a dynamic team committed to high standards of cleaning and custodial service in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

This full-time, in-person position offers 40 hours per week at $15.00 per hour. You will perform floor care, restroom cleaning, supply restocking, and collaborate with facilities teams to ensure safe, well-kept

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred.
• Skilled in floor care, buffing, and cleaning machinery.
• Familiar with facilities maintenance and minor repairs.
• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning with attention to detail.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate tools.
• Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, polishing.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks over large spaces while maintaining safety.
• Maintain trash areas and restock paper towels, soap, toilet paper.
• Support custodial tasks in residential painting or minor maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with facilities maintenance on repairs/issues identified.
