Job summary

SFM Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Janitors to join our growing team across multiple locations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including Miami, Doral, Miami Beach, Medley, Coral Gables, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

Positions available include full-time and part-time shifts, with scheduling varying by location. You will maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for our commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients while adhering to our safety

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Dust and clean furniture, walls, doors, glass, and other surfaces.
• Restock supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning, safety, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SFM Services is looking for reliable and hardworking Janitors to join our growing team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available at multiple locations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties , including Miami, Doral, Miami Beach, Medley, Coral Gables, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

Our Janitors play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other clients.

Position, Location & Hourly Rate

Because we have opportunities at multiple locations, the position, work location, schedule, responsibilities, and hourly rate may vary depending on the assignment.

During the hiring process, we consider the candidate's current location, experience, availability, and work preferences to determine which available opportunity may be the best fit.

Schedule

Both full-time and part-time positions may be available. Schedules and shifts vary depending on the location and assignment.

Essential Job Functions

Janitorial duties may include, but are not limited to:
