Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, amenity spaces, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and doors
• Remove trash and recycling and replace liners
• Maintain organized janitorial closets and cleaning stations
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property-management personnel

Position Overview

Primetone LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and service-focused janitorial professionals to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of multifamily residential communities throughout the Miami area.

The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming environments while completing assigned responsibilities according to property standards and established cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, amenity spaces, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and doors
• Remove trash and recycling and replace liners
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Maintain organized janitorial closets and cleaning stations
• Monitor cleaning products and restroom supply levels
• Safely use commercial cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Place appropriate safety signage while cleaning
• Report maintenance concerns, leaks, damage, and safety hazards
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules, checklists, and property procedures
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property-management personnel
• Complete additional cleaning responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, porter, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Multifamily residential cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions
• Professional and respectful communication skills
• Ability to safely use commercial cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work assigned weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property needs
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
