Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time janitorial professional to maintain clean and safe facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role supports the company's mission as a global leader in evidence-based rehabilitation.

As a dedicated team member, you will perform routine cleaning, inspections, inventory, and basic repairs while upholding the organization’s commitment to safety and quality in a corrections and community reentry environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial practices and procedures preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is cleaned according to health and safety standards.
• Inspect facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety training.
• Perform basic minor repairs and grounds maintenance as needed.
