The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated janitorial staff member to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with health standards.

The role includes daily inspections, inventory tasks, and basic grounds upkeep as part of a broader safety-focused team at our site. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with industrial cleaning practices, and good physical condition to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in the use of industrial machinery and knowledge of common janitorial practices and procedures used preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility clean according to health and safety standards.
• Inspect facility and grounds daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain proper handling of chemicals/hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment and attend safety awareness training.
• Perform basic minor repairs and care of trees, shrubs, and lawns.
