Job Description

We currently have an opening for a Janitor. The Janitor is responsible for cleaning tractor shop, trailer shop, all shop equipment, and performing other assigned duties.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wash windows, and empty trash
• Report maintenance issues and assist in creating maintenance schedules for office equipment, fixtures, and HVAC units
• Maintain and stock supply rooms and bathrooms as needed
• Ensure all doors, windows, entrances, and exits are securely closed and locked when leaving the building
• Perform other duties as assigned
