The position offers a salary range of $35,592 to $53,390 per year, DOE, plus an additional $1 per hour environmental pay. Work involves strict adherence to jail policies and coordination with legal and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Must pass a fingerprint background check and enroll in RAP Back program.

Responsibilities

• Pre-schedules prisoner visits and records visitor information.
• Answers and routes calls; assists attorneys, judges, and bail bondsmen.
• Checks in visitors and coordinates visits with legal advisors and healthcare providers.
• Monitors jail workflow and directs visitors to correct areas.
• Runs warrants and prisoner record checks with BCI, III, and OMS.
• Screen and process prisoner mail for contraband and safety concerns.
• Obtain prisoner signatures and perform notary services; manage deposits and accounts.
