Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Jail Coordinator to deliver treatment and discharge planning services for identified County Jail Program Patients. The Jail Coordinator will assist inmates with jail release planning and coordinate them into behavioral health services.

You will participate in weekly staffing with probation and jail staff to provide updates on each patient and coordinate care. A high school diploma is required; an associates degree or higher is preferred, with experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates degree or higher preferred.
Experience in a criminal justice setting, behavioral health, physical health or substance abuse setting required.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required.
Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and receive clearance to go into the County Jail.
